I purchased my ID4 in November 2022. I had to take it in to the service dept a couple times in 2022 and 2023 and was very unhappy with the poor communication and service I received then. This time it was like a night and day difference. They estimated my wait time could be 1-1.5 hrs. I was very pleasantly surprised when they came out and told me it was ready after just 35-40minutes! The service dept. reached out to me to schedule the appt. and I was able to get in within a few days. There was follow up by text from them to make sure I was happy and had no other issues. The only issue I had is that they didn't reset the message that comes on to schedule service soon so that still comes on when I start the car but I will be taking it in to get that taken care of. I was dreading taking it in again so was very pleased at this experience and I hope this type of service will continue.
