I made an appointment online to have a check engine light diagnosed. I was able to book an appointment for two days out, when the dealership closest to me told me it would be a month and a half before they could look at my car. I arrived at the dealership about ten minutes early. I pulled in to the service bay and Ricky promptly greeted me. He quickly got all of the pertinent information from me and my vehicle and the service team quickly got to work on my car. I opted to wait for the repair, since it was an hour away from where I was living. Betten has a great waiting room, with coffee, water and cookies. I was comfortable with waiting and also checking out the new ID.Buzz van in person. The diagnostic work turned out to be a faulty oil pressure relief valve. It was replaced under warranty, with no charge and I was on my way again in a little over an hour. It was a great dealership experience and I will gladly drive the extra half hour to receive this level of service. Thank you, Ricky and the Betten VW service team.

Would go with 5 stars but have been unable to get help with the app remote start since I purchased the car. It has never worked and no one ever has a solution. Other than that, service was good and timely.

Every time I've had to bring my Atlas in, Brooke has been amazingly accommodating, helpful, and great with communicating with what needs to be done with my car! Although I most likely will not get the suggested repairs done at Betten, I have appreciated the thoroughness and the attention to my questions/concerns.
