Every time I've had to bring my Atlas in, Brooke has been amazingly accommodating, helpful, and great with communicating with what needs to be done with my car! Although I most likely will not get the suggested repairs done at Betten, I have appreciated the thoroughness and the attention to my questions/concerns.

Even though I have bought my VW from the lease and I could go anywhere for an oil change, I still go back to Betten. The work is great but it's the customer service that keeps me coming back.

The service seems to have been done as expected, your team should show what was done to the car before returning the keys. My service took way longer than communicated, the staff was always nice when I asked, but better communication would be appreciated. The car was NOT washed. I didn’t like that the stall next to my car they were drying a recently washed car, given that i was already late I just left with my dirty car.
