They didn’t fix our issue. Our car is still making noise and no call back after we called them back saying it needs to be loose at again.

Josh and the Hispanic (?) gentleman whose name I cannot remember were very helpful to me when I needed new tires. Such a pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful conversation with two men who were not just there to sell me something, but were a real help in choosing the best tires for my car. I could not have asked for more. Y'all remain my favorite service department I have ever used - and I am 71 years old!

I had a mixed experience with this service center. The service itself was acceptable, and the advisor was satisfactory. However, shortly after leaving, the tire pressure sensor light came on. I added air to the tires and returned to the dealership to investigate the issue. Thankfully, they cleared the codes and discovered a bulge in one of the tires, which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, the pricing of the parts was a significant downside. Before my appointment, I researched the cost of brake pads and rotors for my vehicle and found complete kits for just $98. In contrast, the dealership charged me $440 for the same parts. Although I could have taken my business elsewhere, the urgency of the repairs made that difficult. Overall, while I'm grateful for their assistance, the inflated parts prices negatively impacted my experience.
