Brooke was outstanding! Her communication, efficiency and professionalism truly epitomizes the Betten difference. I needed to have a recall resolved, oil change and my infotainment suddenly "died" on my lease. Brooke was my point of contact who negotiated each repair, advocated for me as a customer, set up courtesy rides when I needed them and was truly stellar.
