I was treated very well by Volkswagen and Betten Imports.

The service was excellent. The maintenance was not the last two times I visited Volkswagen. I left with more problems. Simple fixes like an oil change or a new car battery turned into a leak in my oil and a bolt in my tire. Both times I had to return promptly to get fixed again. Again the people I worked with were lovely and communicated everything to me honestly and promptly. I’m not happy with the technicians that worked on my car and did not realize these things that made me return to the dealership and take more of my time.

The counter person we deal with, Brooke, is great. We needed a new key and I got a price on the key, which was around $180. I didn't realize or know that there was going to be another $300 charge to get the key programmed and nearly $500 later I have a new key. Wow, that was a surprise!
