Brooke was a sweetheart to work with went above and beyond responding back and forth as car was in for service. I am from Lansing Mi never received good service from the dealership there. I was extremely happy with Betten Imports.

First time to your dealership and I was impressed. Not only by the facility but also the professionalism of the lady at the customer service desk who was assigned to me. Also, I waited for the completion of the work and your waiting area is extremely nice and functional as I was able to work out of one of the full desk cubicles.
